Please read over my terms of service before asking for a quote. By doing business with me you are agreeing to all of my terms of service and may be required to sign a contract stating that you will uphold all terms of conditions. Breach of contract will result in immediate blacklisting and possibly legal action. I am more than happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding the following points. 

Requirements

  • You must be 18 or older to commission. (I may ask to see your ID as proof of age if I need to)

  • You must provide me with sufficient reference material to be considered for a commission slot (this excludes artistic liberty commissions). Sufficient reference materials refer to a fursuit friendly reference image of your character. 

  • The character you provide must be owned by you. Using stolen characters will get you blacklisted. 

  • Full costumes and bodysuits require a duct tape dummy (DTD) that is strong durable.

Pricing

​The price given to you after your quote is complete is the set price* unless modifications or addons are requested during the process of construction (this will be discussed as/if it applies). Detailed price breakdowns are available upon customer request. Modifications to the design of the fursuit after the quote has been given may result in price changes. Receipts for any products bought can also be duplicated for customer use.

 *This price does not include the final shipping price as this could fluctuate depending on final weight of your costume, shipping service used location, and current world events. Depending on the time you receive your quote and the time you are ready to follow through with the payments, material prices may have changed and your quote may need to be adjusted accordingly.*

Payments and Refund Policy

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required within 3 weeks of acceptance. After the 50% downpayment is paid you have 70 days to complete the payment. I strongly recommend making sure you are financially able to afford to buy a fursuit before making the first payments with us. After the suit is completed there is no refund option. **I reserve the right to terminate your commission at any time, with or without prior notice.** Communication with the creator is to be cordial and professional. The following would be considered grounds for termination if you in any way try to: Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten me, or otherwise violate the rights of others, including, without limitation, others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity.

**If payments stop before the suit has been fully paid for, for 3 months without communication, modifications will be made to the character and the suit will be put up for sale as a premade.

 This is a worst-case scenario point and will very likely not apply. Reasons your commission could be terminated include: me literally dying, extreme medical emergency, you somehow making me feel unsafe or uncomfortable, natural disaster, or any other unforeseen event that would result in me not being able to complete your commission.**

Timeline

I do not accept rush commissions. Deadlines for conventions can be discussed one on one if applicable. 

Allergies and Safety

I do my best to keep our cat out of the room but cannot promise that possible allergens will not come in contact with any of the materials or fursuit itself. 

As for food allergies: our house is nut-free and soy-free. Please let me know of any allergies you have and I will be happy to try my hardest to accommodate. 

By accepting my TOS, you are agreeing that I am not responsible for any allergic reactions your suit may cause you. In addition to allergies, I am not responsible for any physical injuries, accidents, or death that may occur while you are wearing my fursuits.  If your allergies are severe enough that you are worried that any cat-related allergens may cause you serious injury or death, I highly advise that you find another maker. 

Shipping

I am not responsible for any damage caused to your fursuit once it leaves my care.  However, I will do my best to ensure that the parcel service is aware of the delicacy of your costume. Additionally, I am not responsible for any hold-ups in customs for worldwide shipping. Once the product leaves my care, the customer is responsible for communicating with customs and the parcel service. 

Repairs

If you notice any issues upon receiving your suit I am happy to discuss fixing them. Do not be afraid to contact us about anything you are unhappy about. If the issue is caused by the user error or being too rough I will charge for repairs. These will be taken case by case. Fursuits are handmade and do wear over time. It is recommended that each customer learns basic hand sewing to do simple repairs that happen over time. I reserve the right to deny repairs if I feel you have intentionally caused harm to your suit or mistreated it in any way.
